Warranty

This text outlines the terms and conditions related to the MESH product warranty, as well as the procedures for technical support, repair, and other related issues.

1. Warranty Summary:
The warranty covers manufacturing defects of elements, materials used in the manufacturing process of elements, or defects resulting from violations of the manufacturing technological process. The warranty does not apply to defects resulting from the installation process of elements in the object due to improperly chosen technical solutions or to obvious physical damages to the element. The warranty does not cover system or its elements' operational disruptions or damage caused through the fault of the client or any third party and/or resulting from mechanical damage or violation of the system or its elements' operational guidelines.
2. Warranty Period:
The standard warranty period is 24 months after the product is shipped (with the possibility of extension for specific products by agreement) for the system elements as a whole and for the operation of each individual element, by repairing the defective element or, if that is not possible, by replacing the defective element with a new one.
3. Batteries:
The warranty does not apply to AA or AAA type batteries that power the operation of the system's wireless devices (individual elements), nor to any damage that could be caused to the system elements if the client has used batteries from an unverified manufacturer and model to power the operation during the system's exploitation.
4. Warranty Limitations:
The warranty is voided if the product is damaged due to misuse, physical impact, environmental factors, or unauthorized modifications or repair works.
5. Product Repair and Liability Limitations:
During the warranty period, the entrepreneur commits to remedying all defects covered by the warranty at their own expense. The warranty covers manufacturing defects of elements, materials used in the manufacturing process of elements, or defects resulting from violations of the manufacturing technological process.
6. Technical Assistance:
MESH provides comprehensive product support within standard working hours. Support requests are processed in the order they are received.
7. Inspection, Repair, and Replacement:
Upon receiving an appropriate request from the client sent to the entrepreneur's representative's address specified in the contract, the entrepreneur provides warranty service. If necessary, an inspection of the element is conducted, and a complete replacement of the system or any of its elements is performed.
